We will be opening the doors to our new show home at our St Edmund’s Manor development in Sedgefield this Saturday.
The four-bedroom detached ‘Winchester’ show home will give visitors the opportunity to get an insight into the luxury lifestyle that a Story Home can provide. The property features a fully fitted kitchen / breakfast / family room with bi-fold doors, leading to a turfed and fenced rear garden, and both the master and second bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.
It has been styled by our interior designer, Suzanne Webster, and will allow potential homebuyers to see the space, quality features and attention to detail that set these homes apart.

As well as exploring the show home on Saturday, visitors will be able to chat to our Sales team to find out more about the 80-home development, which includes a range of 14 three, four and five-bedroom family homes.
Included in the collection are the first dormer bungalows to feature on any of our 11 North East developments. The three-bedroom detached ‘Banbury’ dormer bungalow has so far been included in a select number of our developments in Cumbria and the North West. As demand has been high, we decided to bring this house type to the North East and have chosen St Edmund’s Manor as the first development to incorporate dormer bungalows.
