Story Homes has now completed the first phase of its Strawberry Grange development, with all homes within this construction phase now sold.
Situated in the beautiful market town of Cockermouth, Strawberry Grange is now home to 96 residents. Thanks to the popularity and success of phase one, Story Homes plans to launch a second development phase in the coming months.
This new development phase will see the construction of a further 224 high quality homes, including a number of affordable properties.
As with phase one, the new homes at Strawberry Grange will offer a wide variety of well-built detached, semi-detached and terraced homes. There will be a mixture of house types available from the new ‘Story Collection’, each strong in build and character.
