Story Homes now offering up to 5% ‘deposit match’ in Cumbria & Scotland

We are pleased to share the news of a new customer incentive called ‘deposit match’ which is available on selected plots throughout our Cumbria & Scotland developments. As part of this exclusive deal, Story Homes will pay up to 5% of the purchase price of the selected plot, as agreed at point of reservation.

Story Homes is currently offering the new deposit match scheme at selected plots on the following developments:

• Pentland Reach (3%)
• Orchard Place (5%)
• St Andrew’s View (5%)
• Strawberry Grange (5%)
• The Oaks (5%)
• The Ridings (5%)

To be eligible for the deposit match, customers must be able to prove at point of reservation that they are in possession of the agreed deposit amount and be qualified by a recommended Financial Advisor and will pay the standard reservation charge on their selected plot. The deposit match value will be deducted from the total sale price on legal completion and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Deposit match is available on selected plots only, and is subject to Story Homes standard terms and conditions.
