Our commitment to delivering outstanding housing developments has been recognised by the UK Property Awards, with three of our sites winning awards for ‘Best Residential Development’ in their respective regions.
Strawberry Grange in Cockermouth, D’Urton Manor in Preston, and Oakland Park in Morpeth – the first of our sites across the UK to be built to our Signature specification – all beat strong competition to come out on top in this category.
Now in their 26th year, the UK Property Awards are renowned as the most demanding and rigorous in the property sector. The awards are judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts, with judging focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
Steve Errington, our Chief Executive, commented: “We are very proud that all three of the developments we submitted this year have won UK Property Awards. We take great pride in achieving the highest standards, from the overall design of a development through to the individual finishing on each property, and these wins really demonstrate how dedicated all of our colleagues are to this across the business.
“It is fantastic to be recognised by the industry for the quality of our work, especially at a time when the company is growing so rapidly. We plan to not only maintain this quality but also improve it as we continue to expand.”
We will now be competing against other regional winners to be recognised in the Residential Development category on a national level. The winners will be announced at the London Lancaster Hotel on 27 October 2017.
