Brookwood Park wins prestigious UK Property Award

UK Property Award logo-600x600Story Homes’ commitment to delivering outstanding residential developments has been recognised by the UK Property Awards, with our Brookwood Park development in Kirkham winning the award for Best Residential Development in Lancashire.

It is the third development to open from our Lancashire office and marks the expansion of aspirational home builder Story Homes in the North West in 2016.

Brookwood Park is an executive development of 117-homes located on a four hectare site, approximately two miles from the market town of Kirkham. Renowned for our street scenes, the homes, which range from two to five bedrooms, incorporate traditional architectural features in a variety of styles including apartments, terrace, semi-detached and detached houses.

David O’Reilly, managing director of Story Homes in the North West, said: “We’re immensely proud of our development Brookwood Park in Kirkham, and for it to be recognised on a national scale is very rewarding! It really demonstrates our approach to building beautiful, high-quality homes across the North West.

“The development brings a completely unique offer to Kirkham. We undertook a ‘Building for Life’ assessment with Fylde Borough Council, so the development and homes feature many sustainable elements.

“It is fantastic to see that the development has been recognised with this national award.”

Story Homes

Since opening Brookwood Park, Story Homes now has eight live developments across the North West including Preston, Lancaster, Wyre, Clitheroe and South Cumbria – a number which is expected to increase as the region expands with four new sites opening before Spring next year.
