Story Homes’ new development, Wilson Howe is launching with its first sale already secured.
An exclusive launch event has already been held to launch this development of exclusive, high quality homes and with over 180 on the guest list the day turned out to be a success.
Eager customers waited for the event to start and within a short space of time the first sale was secured.
One couple who were keen to attend the launch and make their reservation were Plotr and Kate Jedrzejczyk. Currently living in Egremont the couple and their two young children aged 5 and 11 will soon be looking to move into their four bedroom ‘Salisbury’ home. Plotr said: “We need a bigger house for our children and the location and the size of the Story Home is just what we need. My wife has always wanted a nice house on a lovely development.”
After visiting show homes in Carlisle and Whitehaven, Plotr and Kate reserved their dream home before it has even been released for sale.
The first house to be sold at Wilson Howe was purchased by a local couple and was a four bedroom ‘Henley’ offering spacious and elegant living space.
