Marketing Suites set to open at Dovecote Place and Fairfields Manor

November 2017

We are opening the doors to the Marketing Suites at two of our developments in the next two weeks, as part of our ongoing expansion in the North East.

This Saturday 2 December, we will open the Marketing Suite at our 70-home Dovecote Place development on Newburn Road, and on Saturday 9 December at our 169-home Fairfields Manor in Crawcrook.

The show homes at both developments will then open in January 2018.

Lyndsey Walton, Sales Manager at Story Homes, said: “We have already been selling homes on both developments from off-site locations and sales have so far exceeded expectations, but it will be fantastic to be based on-site in the Marketing Suites. Dovecote Place and Fairfields Manor are two of the eleven developments we now have in the North East, and we are pleased to be offering more of our high specification family homes in Tyne and Wear.

“We believe that both of the developments offer something different to buyers. Dovecote Place and Fairfields Manor combine the benefits of semi-rural living with excellent transport links into nearby Newcastle city centre, and the three, four and five-bedroom homes are finished to a superior standard.

“Once the Marketing Suites are open, we will be focusing our attention on the upcoming show home openings in the New Year. We are particularly excited to be bringing the first ‘Grantham’ show home to the North East. This is a four-bedroom home with spacious living areas and features such as a bay window and bi-fold doors, and we anticipate that this will be a popular house type with those looking for properties in the area.”

In addition to new homes, both developments are creating employment opportunities for local contractors and further economic benefits for the area. We will also be making financial contributions towards local education and facilities as part of our commitment to supporting the communities that surround our developments.

Visit the new Marketing Suites from 11.00am on Saturday 2 December (Dovecote Place) and Saturday 9 December (Fairfields Manor).
