New show home to open at Willows Edge in Wrea Green

We are delighted to open the doors to our eagerly anticipated show home at Willows Edge in Wrea Green on Saturday 9 September from 12noon.

The double-fronted detached Winchester show home will be the first to showcase the house type in the North West and across the group. The property offers 1,783 sq ft of living space with a detached double garage.

This four-bedroom family home is enhanced by a spacious entrance hall leading to the beautiful living room and study at the front of the house. There is a large open plan dining, kitchen, and family area with bi-folding doors to the patio area as well as access to the utility room. Upstairs the accommodation includes four double bedrooms, the large master bedroom and bedroom two both have an en-suite, a family bathroom with separate shower cubicle completes this floor. Externally there are front and rear gardens and a double block paved driveway to the double garage.

Visitors will be able to enjoy cakes and fizz whilst viewing the show home and have the opportunity to speak to our knowledgeable sales executives about the range of house types available.

The collection of two, three, four and five -bedroom homes offer up to 2,138 sq ft of living space and will be finished to Story Homes’ Prestige specification as standard.

In most of the houses, this includes bi-fold doors, a double oven, gas hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher and fridge / freezer in the kitchen. There’s a range of stylish door furniture finished in oak to match the banister rails. Our luxurious bathrooms and ens-suites are beautifully finished with spacious walk-in showers and stylish taps from renowned designer Kelly Hoppen as well as double-ended baths, wall hung vanity units and extensive tiling in the bathrooms. Each home also comes with a fully turfed front and rear garden and block paved driveway as standard.

The show home has been designed and decorated by Story Homes’ interior stylist Suzanne Webster, who also counts Barker and Stonehouse, Next and Harpers Bazaar amongst her clients.
