Pentland Reach shortlisted at the Scottish Home Awards 2020

We are pleased to announce that Pentland Reach in Biggar has been shortlisted at this year’s Scottish Home Awards. Our development is a finalist in ‘Housing Development of the Year’ (over 100 units) category.

The 2020 Scottish Home Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 11 June 2020 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Glasgow.

Pentland Reach is a beautiful development of high-specification 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes located in the picturesque town of Biggar. The first phase of this development has now been fully completed and planning permission for a second development phase of 133 homes was granted in June 2018, with construction work on phase 2 well under way.
