The Charlton at Heaton Green was one of the first show homes from our new collection of house types to open. We were counting down the days to bring this product to our customers and you can see why – the design fits modern day living perfectly and the well-proportioned interiors, which were styled by Show Business, are beautifully finished.
Why we love it:
The Charlton has an eye-catching exterior, you can see a high level of craftmanship before you even step foot inside – it’s a home to be proud of – and when you do enter this impressive home, you are greeted by a grand entrance hall, setting the tone of quality throughout.
Internally the layouts have been designed with growing families in mind and are finished to the highest specification – this is a home for life. The rooms are light and spacious, with open-plan living spaces such as the kitchen/dining/family area, which features bi-fold doors that bring the outside in, flooding the room with light.
The five spacious bedrooms have been created with individuality, two of which have stylish en-suites finished with Porcelanosa tiles, including a striking master bedroom that has a separate dressing area.
Styling tips:
This show home has a soft tropics feel throughout, using shades of green and leafy plants, creating a calming oasis and a design that fits together seamlessly.
The kitchen has fully integrated appliances, including a wine cooler and double oven – perfect for entertaining guests or cooking for the whole family. We love the stylish kitchen island, great for a quick meal without the need to set the table. The utility room also makes for a handy laundry room, freeing up some more space in your cupboards.
The lounge offers an escape from everyday life – if you’re looking for a living area for the adults and a separate one for teenagers, the family area of the kitchen could become their space when you need to relax after a busy day. And, if you’re working from home, the study has enough room for two desks with plenty of space to create an at-home office that you can close the door on at the end of the working day.
The second bedroom’s en-suite is ideal for teenagers who are ready for more of their own space, or it makes for the perfect guest room. The bathroom also offers the space needed for family life, featuring fully tiled walls – great for when bath time gets a little messy!
