Story Homes has released the first homes for sale at its new Kinmont Rise development in Scotby, with one reservation secured at an exclusive VIP launch event yesterday evening.
The developer welcomed potential buyers to its Priory Grange marketing suite in Wetheral where they met with the Story Homes Sales team and learned more about the exclusive 28-home development.
One home was reserved at the event; plot 27 which is a three-bedroom, semi-detached Fenwick house type.
The development will feature a mixture of house types, including two, three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached properties. As well as a high specification throughout, the homes will complement the local area with exteriors incorporating brick, render and stone.
