Over the weekend we held our Winter at The Woodlands event at The Woodlands, Shotley Bridge.
The festive event gave visitors a chance to explore the development’s two luxurious show homes, enjoy a mulled wine, mince pie and winter games, and chat to Sales Executives about the collection of four and five-bedroom homes.
The Woodlands, which was the first of our sites in the North East, launched in 2012 and is one of our largest in the region. Almost all of the 240 homes have been sold, with less than 10% of properties remaining available on the fourth and final phase. We expect construction to be completed during 2018.
