Builder Bear handing out balloons
The end of July saw the return of the popular Penrith Show, which has now been running since 1834. Story Homes were delighted to attend and of course brought along everyone’s favourite mascot, Builder Bear.
The Story Homes sales team was on hand to distribute leaflets and other goodies including balloons, pens, keyrings and more. With two beautiful developments in the Eden Valley area there was keen interest from show-goers regarding The Meadows at Lazonby, and Orchard Place in Appleby, as well as other Cumbrian developments.
There was lots going on at the show with a wide spectrum of competition classes for farm livestock, horses, rabbits, show jumping, plus a host of local trade stands, a food hall and a rural crafts marquee. With the sun shining the crowds gathered in their thousands to make this a fantastic family day out.
