The final residents have moved in at Kingsbrook Wood, which is located at Stainsby Hall Farm, Middlesbrough, meaning that this development is our first in the North East to be completed.
Launching back in 2014, Kingsbrook Wood was our second development in the region and the 126 homes are all now occupied.
Lyndsey Walton, Sales Manager, said: “It is great to see building come to an end at Kingsbrook Wood and to see the thriving community that exists there now. Our site and sales teams have now moved onto working on Brookfield Woods, which connects to Kingsbrook Wood and will have 139 homes. We are hoping that this development will be just as popular, and we even have some customers looking to move from Kingsbrook Wood to Brookfield Woods for a larger home in the same desirable location of Stainsby.”
