Story Homes has successfully secured the backing from Preston City Council with detailed planning permission granted for phase two of D’Urton Manor in Fulwood.
The proposals included the re-plan for the second phase of the development, which will deliver 195 homes in this phase bringing the total to 329 homes. As part of this new phase, Story Homes will be launching 15 new house type designs including a mixture of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties as part of ‘The Story Collection’.
The Story Collection incorporates the best features of a Story home in terms of design and elevations to retain the housebuilder’s unique street scenes, and internal layouts to offer modern, open plan living spaces. The new offering includes the five-bedroom ‘Charlton’ ‘Pennington’ and the four-bedroom ‘Hewson’ and ‘Lawson’ house types, and all of the new homes have been named after staff who work for the regional business based in Chorley.
The Pennington is an impressive five-bedroom home offering 2169sq ft of open plan living space across two floors.
