Our latest development, Fairfields Manor in Crawcrook, has launched with three sales already secured.
An exclusive event was held on Thursday 16 February with almost 100 families attending to view the range of homes available.
Two three-bed Hastings house types and one four-bed Winchester house type have already been reserved out of the first 11 homes that were released for sale.
Pre-commencement construction works have now started on the site. Sales will be managed from Your Move Estate Agents in Crawcrook until the Sales and Marketing Suite opens on the development.
Fairfields Manor features a collection of three, four and five bedroom semi-detached and detached family homes offering up to 1,905 sq ft of living space.
