Preliminary work planned for Cockermouth

April 2016

The initial works for our new housing development situated off Strawberry How Road is due to begin during the week of May the 9th 2016. These preliminary activities will comprise of forming the temporary access road into the site, and the associated earthworks to form the main site entrance road.

We appreciate that local residents may be concerned about our operations, but every effort will be made to minimise the disruption during the course of these works. Close attention will be given to ensure that safety, cleanliness, and minimal disruption to our near neighbours will be of paramount importance for the site team at all times.

We hope we can be good neighbours, and complete these works without too much disturbance to the local community. We hope that you do not encounter any issues, but if you do, please contact us to discuss your issues or concerns.
