St Andrew’s View launched in style

We opened the doors to our new show home at St Andrew’s View, Thursby at an exclusive, invite only event last week.

Interested customers were invited to visit the new show home, a four-bedroom Warwick which showcases our new specification, Premier Plus, and our newly revised layout. The new layout includes an open plan kitchen-diner living space that spans the full width of the property, with both bi-fold doors and French doors that open onto the landscaped garden.

All of our homes come with a high specification as standard but we have recently released a new version of our specification, to be known as Premier Plus, tailored for the discerning home buyer. Premier Plus has seen the inclusion of bi-fold doors, wall hung vanity units in the bathrooms, concealed cisterns, low profile shower trays and Porcelanosa tile options all included as standard.

There is also the opportunity to upgrade a range of products to further personalise your new home and add luxury appliances such as a wine cooler.

Head of Sales for Story Homes, Hayley Blair, said: “The scheme at Thursby has been really well received. We had a fantastic turnout to the launch event and we’re delighted with the level of interest even at this early stage.”

The evening proved very successful with many people attending and two families securing their dream homes. The first residents have recently moved onto the development, with others due to follow shortly.

The development will consist of 69 homes, boosting the supply of much needed new homes and featuring a collection of bungalows, terraced, semi-detached and detached properties in a range of two, three, four and five-bedrooms that offer up to 1,905 sq ft of living space.

The marketing suite at St Andrew’s View is open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 4.30pm on Low Road, Thursby, CA5 6PQ.
