St Edmund’s Manor in Sedgefield launches with three sales secured

The launch of our latest development – St Edmund’s Manor in Sedgefield – was a resounding success, with 160 attendees and three sales already secured.

We were pleased to welcome so many prospective buyers to the invite-only launch event at Hardwick Hall, with three families reserving plots on the night.

Two families reserved a three-bed semi-detached Chester house type, while one decided on the four-bed detached Taunton. These are two of the 14 house types featured on this highly anticipated development – the collection includes three, four and five-bedroom homes that provide up to 1,905 sq ft of living space.

Exteriors are finished in a mix of high quality stone, brickwork and render, while interiors include AEG integrated appliances, bi-fold doors, turfed rear gardens, and bathrooms with fitted vanity units and Porcelanosa tiles.

Based just off Stockton Road in Sedgefield – an extremely sought-after location – the development has a range of amenities on its doorstep and is minutes away from the A1. Within the town of Sedgefield there are bistros and restaurants, independent shops, primary schools, a post office, and vet, doctor and dentist surgeries.
