We have released new street scenes for our new development St Andrews View in Thursby. 
The development will consist of 69 homes, and will boost the supply of much needed new homes and make a positive contribution towards the supply of affordable housing in the area.
Sales for St Andrews View will launch at an exclusive invite only event prior to general release. General sales will be from the marketing suite at ‘The Grange’ Dalston opening on the 12 November, with the marketing suite due to open on site in early 2017.
Sales Manager, Carreana Taylor said, “St. Andrew’s View will feature a stunning collection of bungalows, terraced, semi-detached and detached properties in a range of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms and offering up to 1,905 sq ft of living space.
“As well as boasting high specification interiors these homes will complement the existing character of the village and provide open space for use by the whole community.”
Construction of the high quality homes will get underway at the end of the year, with the first residents due to move in summer 2017.
